This Boot Camp will review:

  • The Government's recent initiatives and focus on suspension and debarment;
  • Suspension and debarment procedures, with a focus on practitioners' perspectives on responding to a show cause notice, notice of suspension or proposed debarment; and 
  • Trends in administrative agreements.

Boot Camp materials will be made available during the program via webcast and subsequently distributed to participants for future reference. Wiley Rein will assist you with CLE credit.
