Timothy C. Brightbill, co-chair of Wiley’s International Trade Practice, was quoted by multiple media outlets regarding preliminary countervailing duties set by the U.S. Department of Commerce on unfairly subsidized solar imports from Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia. Brightbill is lead counsel to the American Alliance for Solar Manufacturing Trade Committee, which filed trade petitions earlier this year that led to the Commerce investigation.
