No Changes to Congress' Federal Lobbying Guidance

On the Senate website, the Secretary of the Senate announced that there would be no changes to the Secretary's and Clerk of the House's guidance on the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA).  This is the first time that there has been no semiannual adjustment to this guidance since the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007 (HLOGA) became effective in 2008.  The Secretary's website can be found at www.senate.gov/pagelayout/legislative/g_three_sections_with_teasers/lobbyingdisc.htm.
