Wiley Rein Creating Working Group to Get UAS Off the Ground

March 2014

Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), commonly called "drones," have become a topic of enormous interest in recent months. An understanding of regulatory "do's" and "don'ts" is necessary for anyone who wants to manufacture, provide, or use UAS for commercial purposes in the United States. Wiley Rein has assembled a multi-disciplinary working group of experts in aviation, privacy, spectrum, and public policy to explore ways to get UAS off the ground.

For more information, please see the linked overview on the current state of UAS and Wiley Rein's capabilities in this emerging area of law. To receive updates about interesting UAS developments across the country and around the world, follow us (@UASWileyRein) on Twitter.
