Richard Wiley and Laura Foggan Named Among Lawdragon’s “500 Leading Lawyers in America”

Wiley Rein Chairman Richard E. Wiley and Insurance Appellate Group chair Laura A. Foggan have been named to Lawdragon’s list of the “500 Leading Lawyers in America” in its annual magazine released this month.

Mr. Wiley, former chairman, commissioner, and general counsel of the Federal Communications Commission, “leads the nation’s top communications practice,” notes Lawdragon, which cites his impressive list of clients—including AT&T, JPMorgan, Motorola, CBS, and Sirius XM, among many others.  Ms. Foggan is described as “one of the most successful advocates for the insurance industry to ever practice.”  Lawdragon adds, “Foggan’s work remains unrivaled in its influence and track record of victories establishing favorable precedents for insurers.”
