Stations Changing Channels During Post-Incentive Auction Transition Must File a Transition Progress Report (Schedule 387) by January 10, 2018

December 19, 2017

Stations that are changing channels during the post-incentive auction transition must file a quarterly progress report by January 10, 2018. Both repacked stations and band-changing stations must file this report. All transitioning stations must continue to file this report on a quarterly basis until they complete their channel change. The Schedule 387 is filed via LMS.

Once logged in, to launch the Schedule 387 - Select the “Authorizations” tab, click the license file number for the station (if the LMS account is shared by multiple stations, use the search box in the right-hand corner of the screen to search by call sign or facility ID), click “File an Application” and select “Transition Plan Progress Report (Schedule 387)” from the drop down menu.

Please let us know if you have questions or need assistance in submitting the report.
