Wiley Rein Government Contracts Boot Camp Series: Registration for the September 27th "Recent Developments in Federal Procurement Subcontracting" Webinar

September 27, 2012

What You Will Hear:
This Boot Camp will review:

  • New FAR/DFARS flowdown clauses, including commercial item subcontracts, executive compensation, data rights and personal conflicts of interest requirements.
  • Recent efforts by OFCCP to boost affirmative action hires among contractors and the implications these policy changes have for a prime contractor's determination of whether an agreement constitutes a "subcontract" under relevant regulations.
  • Changes to small business subcontracting requirements resulting from the Small Business Jobs Act and corresponding updates to the FAR.

Boot Camp materials will be made available during the program via webcast and subsequently distributed to participants for future reference. Wiley Rein will assist you with CLE credit.
