What You Will Hear:
This extended (90 minute) Boot Camp will review:

  • Recent, significant legislation and regulations affecting contractors, including pending legislation and proposed rules.
  • 2012 and 2013 policy initiatives aimed at government contracting practices. 
  • The most important court or Board of Contract Appeals decisions issued in 2012 and 2013 relating to government contracts.

Boot Camp materials will be made available during the program via webcast and subsequently distributed to participants for future reference. Wiley Rein will assist you with CLE credit.
