This Boot Camp will review:
- Summary of the Government's inspection rights under standard Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses, potential pitfalls for contractors and remedies for overzealous inspections.
- Review of the role of acceptance in concluding a contractor's performance obligations, and the Government's ability to revoke acceptance.
- Discussion of the different warranties requested by the Government and common issues that arise in warranty claims.
