Q&A session with OFCCP Director Craig Leen on Executive Order 13950

Please join us for a Q&A session with Director Craig Leen on Executive Order 13950 and its impacts on federal contractors.  Dir. Leen is the Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) at the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), where he previously served as Deputy Director and Senior Advisor.  After a brief overview of the Executive Order, the session will move into a moderated Q&A based on questions culled from the Section’s October 26 multi-committee meeting on the Executive Order and from session attendees.

Moderators are Dominique Casimir (Blank Rome) and Craig Smith (Wiley).
