Wiley Rein Appellate Team Named Among Law360’s “Legal Lions”

Law360
January 22, 2014

Wiley Rein attorneys William S. Consovoy, Eve Klindera Reed, and Brett A. Shumate were listed on January 16 among Law360’s “Legal Lions” in the publication’s “Weekly Verdict” column for their role in the “landmark victory in the D.C. Circuit with major ramifications for online industries.”  The ruling vacated the Federal Communication Commission’s rules requiring fixed and mobile broadband providers to carry all Internet traffic regardless of its source.  Ms. Reed, Mr. Consovoy, and Mr. Shumate were part of the appellate team representing Verizon before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.  For more on the “net neutrality” case, read here.
