Tim Brightbill Comments on Second Set of Preliminary Duties on Solar Imports from Southeast Asia

Timothy C. Brightbill, co-chair of Wiley’s International Trade Practice, was quoted by multiple media outlets regarding the second round of preliminary duties announced by the U.S. Department of Commerce on unfairly subsidized solar imports from Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, and Malaysia. Brightbill is lead counsel to the American Alliance for Solar Manufacturing Trade Committee, which filed trade petitions earlier this year that led to the Commerce investigation.
