Wiley Rein's David Weslow Profiled in Legal Bisnow

David Weslow, a partner in Wiley Rein's Intellectual Property Practice, was profiled in Legal Bisnow where he discussed new media and technology, among other topics. Mr. Weslow-a former software and web developer-said that he's "helping clients with issues like a content management system for using 3D barcodes called QR codes, and business-to-business e-publishing." Mr. Weslow also discussed the burgeoning field of top-level domain names, which would allow owners to use their name in place of .com. He said that while many people are interested in this, there is concern over trademark infringement.
