Wiley Rein's Robert DeFrancesco Discusses Trade Issues Facing the Ethanol Industry

Wiley Rein International Trade attorney Robert E. DeFrancesco, III was interviewed on AgriTalk, the voice of rural America, during the American Coalition for Ethanol's Annual Conference in Des Moines, Iowa.

Mr. DeFrancesco talked about the need for the ethanol industry to look at trade issues both "offensively and defensively." That includes defending challenges at the World Trade Organization and against potential dumping cases in export markets, while also being concerned with any future surge of Brazilian imports into the U.S. following the possible elimination of the 54-cent tariff.
