Wiley Rein partner Paul F. Khoury was among five members of the firm’s nationally ranked Government Contracts Practice who were mentioned yesterday in a Law360 article about their successful defense of a client’s contract worth nearly $750 million.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) rejected Onsite Health Inc.’s protest of the U.S. Department of Defense’s (DOD) decision to award the contract to Logistics Health Inc., according to the article. The contract covers medical and dental services for the agency’s military and civilian personnel.

Logistics Health—which intervened in the case to protect its award—was represented by Mr. Khoury and Wiley Rein attorneys Brian Walsh, Rachel A. Alexander, Tara L. Ward and Stacie L. Gonsalves, Law360 noted.

In its decision, the GAO said it found “no basis to sustain the protest,” because there was no evidence that DOD had acted unreasonably or unfairly when it chose Logistics Health’s offer over Onsite’s.
