Panel Moderated by Ambassador David A. Gross at Aspen Forum Draws Media Coverage
Ambassador David A. Gross, co-chair of Wiley Rein’s Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) Practice, moderated an August 21 fireside chat on tech policies in China, Europe, and the United States at the 2018 Technology Policy Institute Aspen Forum.
Politico noted that Megan L. Brown, partner in Wiley Rein’s TMT and Privacy & Cybersecurity practices, also attended the Aspen Forum – an annual conference in Colorado that brings together leaders from business, government, and academia to discuss and debate key public policy issues affecting innovation, technology, and communications.
The discussion moderated by Amb. Gross featured Chen FuTao, Minister-Counselor for Science and Technology, Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to the United States; Peter Fatelnig, Minister-Counselor for Digital Economy Policy, Delegation of the European Union to the United States; and Commissioner Rohit Chopra of the Federal Trade Commission.
