Wiley Rein Named a Top Firm for LGBTQ Workplace Equality by Human Rights Campaign
Washington, DC – For the fourth consecutive year, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) has awarded Wiley Rein LLP a perfect score of 100% on its 2019 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey on corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. Only 571 major U.S. businesses earned those top marks on this year’s prestigious list. Wiley Rein was one of 114 law firms nationally, and 12 law firms in the Washington, DC area, that received a 100% score.

The 2019 CEI evaluates LGBTQ-related policies and practices including nondiscrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs, and public engagement.
