Profile

Leah represents clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts. She works with clients in multiple industries, including government contracting, computing infrastructure, telecom, and media; and she has experience with all stages of litigation, from pre-complaint investigations to discovery, motions practice, trial, post-judgment matters, and settlement.

Before joining the firm, Leah served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Leah brings the skills and insight she acquired as a clerk to client matters before judges in the Eastern District of Virginia, as well as other courts.

Leah maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals and organizations in the D.C. area and across the country, for which she has been recognized by the firm and outside organizations. Through her pro bono work, Leah has authored briefs in multiple appellate matters and has assisted clients with landlord-tenant disputes, First Amendment issues, matters regarding service member benefits, and clemency requests.
