Washington, DC-On June 14, 2004, WRF Partner Andrew G. McBride was selected by a nationwide group of Internet service providers and Internet industry associations to present argument in RIAA v. Charter Comms. Inc., No. 03-3802 (8th Cir.). Mr. McBride was selected from among a number of highly qualified outside appellate counsel.
