Kirk J. Nahra Named to Editorial Board of BNA’s Privacy & Security Law Report

Kirk J. Nahra, chair of Wiley Rein LLP’s Privacy Practice and co-chair of the Health Care Practice, has been named to the editorial board of BNA’s Privacy & Security Law Report.  Mr. Nahra is also a longstanding member of the editorial boards of BNA’s Health Care Fraud Report and Health Law Reporter.

Privacy & Security Law Report is a Washington, DC-based weekly news report providing coverage of the latest breaking legal, regulatory, legislative and judicial news in the privacy and security fields, including U.S. and global developments affecting finance, health, data protection and consumers.

Mr. Nahra specializes in healthcare, privacy, information security, compliance programs and insurance fraud issues for the health care and property/casualty insurance industries and others facing legal obligations on these issues. He has been named an expert practitioner by the Guide to the Leading US Healthcare Lawyers, a leading health care lawyer by The Best Lawyers in America directory and one of the leading privacy ‘hired guns’ by Computerworld.
