Treasury Department Official and CFIUS and Trade Expert Joins Wiley Rein's International Trade Practice

Wiley Rein LLP is pleased to announce the addition of former Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary Nova J. Daly as a Public Policy Consultant in its growing International Trade Practice. An international investment and trade policy expert, while at Treasury's Office of International Affairs, Mr. Daly played a leading role in reforming the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). At Wiley Rein he joins a team that has been internationally recognized for its extensive experience in this area.

Mr. Daly brings to Wiley Rein almost a decade of experience as a high-level trade and investment advisor to the federal government. Prior to his role at the Treasury Department, his service includes terms as the National Security Council's Director for International Trade (2004-2006); a trade policy advisor to the Secretary of Commerce (2003-2004); and an international trade advisor at the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance (2002-2003).
