Wiley Rein Franchise Practice Rated by Chambers USA As One of the Nation's Best

Chambers USA: Leading Lawyers for Business ranked Wiley Rein's Franchise Practice as one of the best in its 2009 edition.

Chambers reports that the group's attorneys "advise franchisors, covering regulatory, counseling, transactional and litigation work." Clients value the lawyers' availability, with one reporting: "I'm always able to get in touch with our primary contacts, and on the rare occasions where they are unavailable, they make sure I have an alternate contact who has been fully briefed on our case."

The Chambers ratings are based on extensive interviews of law firms' clients, colleagues and competitors.  Inclusion in the directory is determined through a rigorous vetting process whereby Chambers researchers evaluate law firms and attorneys on a number of factors.
