The 2009 edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business recognizes Wiley Rein's Privacy Practice as one of the best in the nation and names group chair Kirk J. Nahra and partner John B. Reynolds III as "Leading Lawyers" in the industry.
As the directory reports, "representing healthcare and financial services companies on privacy issues is a particular specialty for this Washington, DC-based practice" notable for its ability to "call on a variety of complementary practices within the firm to provide the complete range of privacy and information security advice across all industry areas."
