Communications Litigator Christopher S. Huther Joins Wiley Rein
Christopher S. Huther, an experienced litigator and counsel to some of the nation's largest telecommunications companies, has joined Wiley Rein as a partner in its preeminent Communications Practice. Specializing in complex litigation and administrative proceedings, Mr. Huther regularly appears before federal, state and appellate courts, as well as the FCC and state regulatory commissions.
Formerly the chair of the Communications Group in the D.C. office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, Mr. Huther adds depth to a group that has been described as the "Brand Name" of communications law. His practice focuses on domestic and international competition policy, the deployment of broadband infrastructure, joint use and pole attachment issues, universal service and E-Rate compliance, rate-setting methodologies and disputes, and equipment authorizations.
