Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business once again rates Wiley Rein's Environment & Safety Practice chair David B. Weinberg as one of the Washington, DC-area's "Leading Lawyers" in Environmental Law.

Commending Mr. Weinberg as a "Notable Practitioner," Chambers reports that "clients find he knows all the players and precedents and what they need to do to be successful."  The directory highlights his work focusing on the relationship between the Endangered Species Act and pesticide regulations, while counseling trade associations on legislative activity and advising electronics companies on product stewardship matters.

Mr. Weinberg has more than 35 years of experience in administrative and environmental law, specializing in environmental, occupational health and safety, transportation, product safety and pesticide matters.  He is widely and regularly ranked in national and international directories.

The Chambers ratings are based on extensive interviews of law firms' clients, colleagues and competitors.  Inclusion in the directory is determined through a rigorous vetting process.
