“Wiley’s TMT team prides itself on understanding the issues facing our clients both substantively and politically. Most recently, Tully served as General Counsel for Investigations & Nominations for the Senate Armed Services Committee, where she advanced a wide range of priorities before the Senate and the U.S. Department of Defense, and also assisted in drafting relevant titles of the National Defense Authorization Act. She aided in the enactment of several landmark bills including the CHIPS and Science Act, the Broadband DATA Act, the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act, and the Aircraft Certification, Safety, and Accountability Act.

“I’ve had great respect for Wiley’s TMT Practice, which is globally known for its regulatory capabilities and having a pulse on how the latest legislation will impact business, and I am excited to now be part of the team,” said Tully. “I’m looking forward to helping our clients achieve their objectives by bringing to bear both my public policy experience and substantive legal skills.”
