Stephen Conley and Brooke DeLoatch Selected for LCLD Pathfinder Program
Wiley’s Stephen J. Conley, an associate in the Telecom, Media & Technology Practice, and Brooke M. DeLoatch, an associate in the Health Care Practice, have been selected by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to participate in the organization’s landmark Pathfinder program.
The Pathfinder program is designed to connect high-potential, early-career lawyers with top leaders in the legal profession and career development experts to strengthen their foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources and to develop and leverage professional networks and career development strategies.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is comprised of corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession through initiatives aimed at advancing a new generation of leaders.
