Tatiana Sainati, partner in Wiley's Litigation Practice, has been elected to the American Law Institute (ALI).

The ALI’s Membership Committee selects candidates based on their professional excellence, involvement in activities aligned with the Institute's mission, commitment to law reform, and recognition among peers.

ALI—comprising judges, lawyers, and law professors—is a leading independent organization that produces scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and improve the law.
