Three Wiley Partners Recognized Among Savoy Magazine’s 2024 ‘Most Influential Lawyers’

Washington, DC – Wiley Rein LLP, a DC law firm, is pleased to announce that partners Dorthula H. Powell-Woodson, Antonio J. Reynolds, and Diane Holland have been named to Savoy Magazine’s 2024 “Most Influential Lawyers” list. Savoy is a leading publication that recognizes some of the nation’s most influential lawyers and business executives, and serves as a critical platform in driving positive dialogue on and about Black culture.

This year’s “Most Influential Lawyers” are a “powerhouse roster whose legal prowess and commitment to excellence inspire the highest levels of corporate and legal leadership,” according to Savoy.

Powell-Woodson, who co-leads the firm’s Health Care Practice, counsels clients on matters at the intersection of health care, government contracting, and statutory and regulatory compliance. Her practice focuses on all major government health care programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, and TRICARE, and on federal statutory and regulatory requirements applicable both to government and commercial health care offerings.

Reynolds, partner in the Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) Practice, represents financial services companies and other major corporations, as well as their officers and directors, in civil and criminal enforcement matters before federal and state agencies. He advises clients in matters involving the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve Board, and state attorneys general.

Holland, partner in the TMT Practice, advises clients on broadband, media and consumer protection issues, with a focus on broadband affordability, equal employment opportunity requirements, broadcast licensing, and robocall enforcement. She previously served as Special Advisor for the Wireline Competition Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission, and has over 20 years of experience working in the federal government.
