Wiley Named an “Intimidating Opponent” in Litigation by BTI

September 27, 2024

Washington, DC – Wiley Rein LLP, a DC law firm, is pleased to announce that the firm’s Litigation Practice was named a 2025 “Intimidating Opponent” by BTI Consulting Group as part of its “Most Feared Law Firms in Litigation” list. This recognition highlights Wiley’s multidisciplinary and sophisticated litigation capabilities in new and evolving areas of law.

Wiley was selected based on feedback from more than 350 top in-house counsel and legal decision-makers, who singled out 84 firms they would not want to see on the “other side” in litigation.

Wiley’s Litigation team provides a one-stop-shop for complex litigation, advising private-sector corporations, trade associations, nonprofits, and financial institutions, as well as individuals and government officials, across a broad spectrum of regulatory, arbitral, and judicial disputes, both domestically and around the world.
