Wiley Once Again Earns Perfect Score in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index
Washington, DC - Wiley is pleased to announce that the firm has been honored with the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s (HRCF) Equality 100 Award for its leadership in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. The award recognizes Wiley’s perfect score on the HRCF’s 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the ninth time Wiley has earned a top placement.
A perfect score on the CEI earns businesses the distinction of being a Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion. The CEI rating is divided into four key categories of criteria: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.
