June 16, 2016

Washington, DCA. Neal Seth, a partner in Wiley Rein’s Intellectual Property and Litigation practices, and a member of the firm’s Management Committee, was named to Bisnow’s 2016 “Top 40 Lawyers Under 40” list, which recognizes up-and-coming lawyers from the Washington, DC metro area who have distinguished themselves with exceptional performance and potential. The list includes lawyers in private practice and those in government.

According to Bisnow, these “top notch” lawyers are “movers and shakers from Washington’s legal and business community,” which is the “center of the universe for legal talent and home to the world’s best law firms.”

Mr. Seth has developed significant experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch-Waxman ANDA litigation, where he has served as lead counsel in high-profile and high-value cases. He also advises clients on patent prosecution and portfolio matters, and has developed extensive client contacts in India, having served as President of the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, D.C. and a Vice President of the North American South Asian Bar Association.

In the past year alone, Mr. Seth has led litigation teams in prominent matters involving aripiprazole (Abilify®), bendamustine hydrochloride (Treanda®), fesoterodine (Toviaz®), and roflumilast (Daliresp®), among other major pharmaceutical products.

Mr. Seth earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and his B.S. from Cornell University.

The honorees were recognized yesterday at a celebratory event at The Bowen Building Rooftop in Washington, DC.
