Wiley Welcomes Bradley Bonneau as New Chief Financial Officer

November 11, 2024

Washington DC – Wiley is pleased to announce that Bradley Bonneau has joined the firm as its chief financial officer (CFO). Bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Bonneau joins Wiley from Chapman and Cutler, where he spent the past 12 years, most recently serving as its CFO and leading the firm’s strategic and operational finance functions. Prior to his tenure at Chapman, Bonneau served at an Am Law 100 firm where he oversaw a broad range of operations within the finance department.

“Brad is a seasoned leader who brings both deep expertise and a collaborative spirit that aligns perfectly with Wiley’s culture and vision for the future,” said Wiley Managing Partner Peter D. Shields. “His extensive knowledge and experience will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our financial operations and strategic capabilities. I am thrilled to welcome him to the firm.”

Last month, Wiley was once again recognized among the nation’s leading law firms in Law360’s annual Prestige Leaders list, which ranks firms by their financial performance, prominence, influence, and distinction in the legal industry.

“Wiley has built a remarkable reputation in the legal industry, known for its distinguished legal practice and its forward-thinking, client-centered approach,” said Bonneau. “I look forward to collaborating with Wiley’s talented attorneys, finance team, and business services professionals to drive continued success and support the firm’s strategic goals.”

Bonneau holds a B.S. from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Purdue University.
