Victoria Lynch-Draper Appointed to Hearing Committee of D.C. Bar Board on Professional Responsibility

Victoria N. Lynch-Draper, attorney in Wiley's Litigation Practice, has been appointed to serve as a Hearing Committee member of the D.C. Bar Board on Professional Responsibility, pursuant to the D.C. Court of Appeals Rules Governing the Bar.

During this three-year appointment, Lynch-Draper will be on a list of attorneys who can be called to serve in conducting hearings on formal charges for attorney misconduct and assist in the submission of related findings and recommendations.

The Board on Professional Responsibility is appointed by the D.C. Court of Appeals and serves as its disciplinary arm, responsible for the adjudication of disciplinary cases and the administration of the attorney discipline system.
