Wiley Welcomes Stacy Tatman as Public Policy Advisor in Environment & Product Regulation Practice

Washington, DC – Wiley is pleased to announce that Stacy Tatman has joined the firm’s nationally recognized Environment & Product Regulation Practice as a public policy advisor. With a distinguished career spanning more than a decade, Tatman brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance and environmental policy with a particular focus on chemicals, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), pesticides, products stewardship, sustainability, and general environmental issues.

Throughout her career, Tatman has held senior regulatory positions across diverse industries, including plastics, air conditioning and heating, and power equipment. With more than a dozen years of experience, she has been instrumental in helping global organizations navigate intricate regulatory landscapes, develop forward-thinking compliance strategies, and proactively adapt to policy shifts.

At Wiley, Tatman will advise clients on compliance strategies and regulatory developments, engaging with agencies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and California’s Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). Leveraging her extensive experience, she will offer effective advocacy, legal analysis, and strategic guidance on environmental compliance, litigation, existing policies, and emerging laws and regulations.

The team includes lawyers, consultants, and regulatory analysts, and helps clients navigate cross-cutting regulatory issues involving some of the most powerful federal agencies in DC as well as state and local governments.
